The agreed price is just related to the contractual job.

Another related work or extras jobs to be done needs a new agreement between the Parties.

Most part our contract agreement are merely based on labor only.

Third parties are not allowed in any agreement between the direct Customer (Client) (first party) which it's the one the direct payment and with the Contractor (EA FREE WILLY) in any circumstances. Unless it is first agreed, authorized and approved since the beginning by written consent by the Contractor (EA FREE WILLY). Otherwise it can cause the cancellation of the agreement and losing the full deposit amount already paid.

Once we are at the site of the job on day one, if, for some reason, at the last minute things show up that are not part of the agreement between the First Party and the Contractor, like: stopping, preventing, PAUSING, or even cancellation of the Project to start, so,
Either:
a) For small jobs (one-day job), we can require the full remaining amount of the payment to be paid in full. Even if we are prevented from starting the Project.
Or:
b) Big Jobs (more than one day), we can require all the expenses daily from our Company to be on HOLD, primarily covering the costs of Labor starting at $500 per Employee daily or depending on the contractual weekly labor payment agreed on for the Project until we are allowed to either start and/or continue until the Project is completed. Otherwise, at the end, we can also require the remaining full amount of the balance payment due to things that are not part of the contractual agreement between the First Party only and the Contractor.

Only those contracts or agreements that haven't received any deposits yet are the ones that have the chance to be cancelled immediately without question asked.

For those other Projects not related to us that has been left behind, unfinished or simply messed up by other irresponsible Contractors or Handymans that did wrongly, and then Customers at the last minute contact us in a hurry, wanting us to take care of that mess.... So an extra charge will be added on top of our regular price which it could incur between $2,500 dollars to start for small Projects and up to $6,500 dollars or more, depending the wrong work done by others for big ones!!

DEBRIS DISPOSAL
All construction debris removal, disposal, dumpster/container costs, and associated disposal fees are the sole responsibility of the customer/homeowner unless specifically included in the written estimate or contract.

MATERIAL PICKUP & DELIVERY
EA FREE WILLY Contracting LLC may provide pickup and delivery of project-related materials and supplies as part of its contractor services. The customer is responsible for all project-related fuel and toll expenses. Receipts will be provided when applicable.

CONTRACTOR ACCOUNT DISCOUNTS
For projects performed by EA FREE WILLY Contracting LLC, customers may receive the benefit of available contractor-account pricing or discounts on qualifying project materials and supplies when such discounts are available.
